My sister and I star...I completely agree with this. My sister and I started to work out together a few days a week. I wanted to gain muscle tone, she wanted to lose weight. For some reason though, as soon as we are done, we hit up the local deli and get a 1000 calorie sandwich with a large soda! She justifies this by saying she just burned off lunch ect. It was stated that when you exercise you need to eat to keep your energy up so you will be adding calories back that you just burned!<br /><br />I love to ride bikes and take my dogs on walks - hikes or runs.
